AI Agents & Assistants
AI employees that never sleep.
Your next hire does not need a desk. AI agents handle the conversations that fill your calendar: qualifying leads, answering questions, and booking meetings at any hour.
We build them on your knowledge, your tone, and your offers, then connect them to your website, your channels, and your CRM so nothing slips through.
01
What an AI agent actually is
Strip away the hype and an AI agent is a worker that reads, writes, decides within limits you set, and acts through your tools: answering an inquiry, updating the CRM, booking the appointment. Unlike the chatbots you've met and hated, a properly built agent knows your business (your services, your policies, your prices withheld or offered exactly as you would), speaks in your tone, and knows when to hand a conversation to a human.
The practical picture: a lead writes in at 9:40pm. The agent answers within seconds, asks the two qualifying questions you always ask, answers the three questions every customer asks, and books Thursday at 10am on your real calendar. You wake up to a scheduled call and a full transcript. That's not the future; it's what these systems do today when someone builds them properly.

The five jobs worth giving an agent first
Speed-to-lead is job one: every salesperson knows that a lead answered in minutes is a conversation and a lead answered tomorrow is a memory, yet most businesses take hours to respond. An agent answers in seconds, every time, including weekends. Job two is answering the same twenty questions that eat your team's day: hours, coverage, process, pricing policy. Job three is booking: from conversation to a confirmed slot without the back-and-forth. Job four is follow-up: the polite persistence that closes deals and that humans reliably drop when things get busy. Job five is internal: an assistant that knows your documents and answers your own team instantly.
Notice what all five share: repetitive, around-the-clock, and expensive to staff with humans. That's the pattern for what to hand an agent. The judgment calls, the negotiations, the relationships stay yours.
We wrote a full plain-English breakdown of the workflows worth automating first, with what each one looks like in practice. It's the homework we'd assign before any build conversation.

03
Built on your business, not a generic chatbot
The AI agents that embarrass their owners are the ones dropped in raw: generic model, no knowledge, no guardrails, hallucinating discounts at strangers. We build the opposite way. Your agent is grounded in your actual business content and policies, tested against the awkward questions before it ever meets a customer, and fenced with hard rules about what it may never promise or discuss. When a conversation leaves its depth, it hands off to you gracefully and says so honestly.
Then it's connected: your website, your booking calendar, your CRM, your channels. An agent that can only chat is a toy. An agent that books the meeting, logs the lead, and triggers your follow-up sequence is staff.
04
Part of the machine, not a gadget
An agent works best as the conversational front end of a larger system: the website brings the visitor, the agent converts the visit into a conversation and the conversation into a booking, the automation routes and remembers everything, the dashboard shows you it happening. That's why we build agents and automation as one practice. Bolting a chatbot onto a business with no follow-up system behind it is buying a receptionist for an office with no phone lines.
It also means the agent gets smarter about your business over time, because the system feeds it: which questions keep coming up, which answers convert, which conversations turned into customers. That loop, conversation to data to better conversation, is what separates staff from software.

How the AI Agents work runs
- 01
Pick the job
One high-leverage role first: usually lead response or booking. Agents earn expanded duties by performing, same as anyone.
- 02
Ground it
Your services, policies, tone, and boundaries become the agent's knowledge. What it must never say gets written down first.
- 03
Test adversarially
We attack it with the weird, hostile, and off-topic before customers can. It ships when it survives us.
- 04
Connect it
Website, calendar, CRM, channels. Conversations become bookings and records, not transcripts nobody reads.
- 05
Watch and tune
Every conversation is reviewable. We tune weekly at first, then monthly, and the agent gets measurably better at its job.
Receipts, not promises
We won't show you a wall of logos; we'll show you working systems:
Our own website runs an instant-capture front office: every chat message and form is acknowledged on the spot, logged with its source, and answered personally, including the ones that arrive at midnight.
Try it on the homepage, any hour. (The chat itself is the founder, not a bot; the capture and routing behind it is the system we sell.)
Every agent we ship passes an adversarial test round: we try to make it promise discounts, give legal advice, and insult competitors before any customer gets the chance.
Test transcripts shared during the build, so you see it survive.
Our agents are built draft-first where stakes are high: anything sensitive routes to a human instead of guessing.
The guardrail design is part of the written blueprint you approve.
What we won't promise you
What AI agent vendors won't tell you, from people who build them:
- Agents make mistakes. Rarely, and less over time, but anyone claiming zero errors is lying. The design question is making errors small, visible, and recoverable.
- Some conversations should never be automated: angry customers, negotiations, anything legal or medical. We fence those off to humans by design.
- An agent is only as good as what you feed it. If your policies live in your head, the first week of the build is getting them out.
- It needs upkeep. Your business changes, and an agent frozen at launch slowly becomes a liar. We maintain what we build.

FAQ
AI Agents questions, answered straight.
What is an AI agent?
A software worker that handles real conversations and takes real actions: answering new inquiries in seconds, qualifying leads with your questions, booking appointments on your actual calendar, following up politely until there's an answer, and logging everything in your CRM. It's grounded in your business's knowledge and tone, fenced by rules you set, and it works every hour of every day. Think staff, not chatbot.
How is this different from the chatbots everyone hates?
The hated ones are generic: no knowledge of the business, no ability to act, trained to deflect rather than help. A built agent is the opposite: it knows your services and policies, answers specifically, takes actions (booking, logging, routing), and hands off to a human the moment a conversation leaves its depth. The difference isn't the technology so much as whether anyone actually built it around your business.
Will it say something wrong to my customers?
It can, rarely, and honest builders say so. Our job is making errors rare, small, and recoverable: the agent is grounded in your approved content, hard-fenced from topics it must never touch, tested adversarially before launch, and every conversation is logged for review. Sensitive matters route to a human by design. Compare that honestly with the error rate of a tired human answering the same question for the fortieth time.
Which tasks should we automate first?
Almost always lead response, because speed decides deals: an inquiry answered in seconds starts far more conversations than one answered in hours. Booking is usually second, because calendar back-and-forth kills momentum. Then the everyday questions that eat staff time, then follow-up. We start with one job, prove it works, and expand. An agent that does one job excellently beats one that does five jobs adequately.
Does an AI agent replace my staff?
It replaces the robot parts of their day: repeating the same answers, chasing scheduling, retyping into the CRM. What that buys you is human hours back for the work that actually needs humans: judgment, relationships, closing. For most teams the honest framing is that the agent is the hire you were putting off, handling the shift no human wants: nights, weekends, and instantly.
What does the setup actually involve on our side?
Mostly one thing: getting what's in your head into the agent. Your services, policies, tone, the questions customers ask, and the answers you'd want given. We extract that in interviews and from your existing materials, then build, test, and connect the agent to your calendar and CRM. Expect a few focused hours of your time across the build, not a second job.
What happens when it can't answer something?
It says so and hands off, gracefully: takes the person's details, sets expectations, and alerts a human with the full context. The worst agent behavior is bluffing, so ours are built to prefer a clean handoff over a confident guess. You see every handoff in the logs, and the recurring ones become new knowledge we teach the agent, so the gaps close over time.
Where can the agent live?
Wherever your customers already reach you: the chat on your website, your contact forms, email, SMS, and social channels like Instagram and Facebook messages. Most businesses start with the website chat because that's where ready-to-buy visitors stall, then extend the same agent to other channels once it's proven. One brain, consistent answers, every door covered, and everything it handles lands in the same CRM.
