Content & Email Marketing
Own your audience.
Your subscriber list is a revenue channel with no ad spend attached. Most businesses either under-use it or burn it.
We run email programs end to end: campaign curation, sender infrastructure and warmup, deliverability management, and the testing that turns opens into conversions.
01
The channel you own
Search rankings shift, social reach gets throttled, ad costs climb. A subscriber list is the one audience a business controls directly: opted in, contactable on your schedule, and not dependent on any feed algorithm for reach.
Every subscriber added this month is reachable in every campaign after it, and returns improve as segmentation sharpens. The list gets more valuable with age.
For service businesses, the buying decision often arrives months after the subscribe; cadence decides whose name is in the buyer's head that day.
02
How we run a program
Deliverability comes first: inbox placement is decided before anyone reads a word. We set up and verify the sending infrastructure, warm new domains gradually, keep the list clean, and watch sender reputation continuously. The work is invisible, and it is the difference between the inbox and the spam folder.
Campaigns are the curated calendar: launches, promotions, newsletters. Flows are the sequences that run on their own: welcome, nurture, post-purchase, win-back. Campaigns produce the spikes; flows produce the baseline.
Tuning is ongoing: segmentation by engagement and behavior, testing across subject lines, send times, and offers, and a frequency set by how the list responds.
03
The content that fills the calendar
We produce the campaign and newsletter content: your voice, curated to what the audience responds to, edited against performance data. Where a piece has a second life on your site, it gets one.
List growth runs in parallel: capture placed where traffic converts, offers worth an email address, and a welcome sequence that starts the relationship properly.

What we won't promise you
Said up front, not after you sign:
- We don't send to purchased lists, ever. They destroy sender reputation and the damage lands on the domain your business runs on.
- Results scale with list size and quality, and list growth compounds over months, not weeks.
- Open rates are an unreliable metric on their own: privacy features inflate them. Programs get judged on clicks, deliverability, and revenue where it's trackable, and reported that way.
- Frequency has a ceiling the list sets, not us. Pushing past it produces one strong month and a declining list.
FAQ
Content & Email questions, answered straight.
We don't have a list yet. Where does this start?
With capture and a welcome flow: an offer worth an email address, placed where your existing traffic converts, and a sequence that greets every subscriber automatically.
How often will you email our list?
At the cadence the list supports, established by response data. Frequency is earned as engagement holds; segments that stop responding get less volume, not more.
How do you handle deliverability?
Authentication configured correctly, warmup ramps on any new sending domain, scheduled list hygiene, and engagement-based segmentation. Inbox placement is a reputation system; we manage the inputs it actually scores.
Who writes the emails?
We do, in your voice, and you approve before anything sends. If your team produces material, we edit and ship it through the same standards.
Which platform do you work in?
The mainstream platforms all cover the fundamentals; we work in whichever fits your stack. Accounts, lists, and flows stay under your ownership throughout.
How is success measured?
Against your day-one baseline, monthly: list growth, click rate, revenue per send where revenue is trackable, and deliverability health. Underperforming flows and campaigns are named in the report along with what changes next.
